Get in Shape by Playing Golf

Everybody knows why you must exercise to maintain good physical health, however countless people simply have no wish to exercise. This is the missing ingredient to actually getting up and doing some exercise, because when you like what you are doing, you will be amazed at how often you look for excuses to play. This is why golf has emerged as a sport that provides those many formerly inactive folk with a good excuse to get up and get started with some exercise.

Once you are hooked on golf you will discover that as you want to improve your golf swing you will additionally be working on getting into shape for golf and staying fit.
